Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. “Harbourfront location of hotel was perfect fo us. A bit further away from the downtown and other hotels but the view and convenience of the harbour and boardwalk was amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Restaurant meals were delicious and staff were very courteous and amazingly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again, and highly recommend it! ”

“The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout. ”

“We had a wonderful stay with a stunning ocean view. Our king-size room was perfect—quiet, spacious, and very clean. The warm welcome and attentive service made a big difference; the staff consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well—we enjoyed breakfast while overlooking the ocean. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience.”
