“The room shade was broken, could not raise or lower the shade, no TV channel guide in room. Initial front desk didn't know the on screen guide number,”

“Check in was easy, fast. Room was clean. Beautiful. Love the fact the the toilet and bath tub are in the same room as the sink. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They had pancake maker, bacon, eggs, French toast sticks, cereal, yogurt, bread. Muffins, juice. All day coffee bar. What i didn't like: the microwave was on the very bottom of shelf. Really on the floor. Not sure if all rooms are the same way. And the one in my room didn't work.”

“Ask for room service an a comforter for bed,bed was hard left for the day came back around 4:00. No room service call front desk talked to them they didn’t know about room service. But the lady took care of the problem”
