“Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher.”

“Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

“Room was dark, had popcorn ceilings and somewhat clean. Definitely needs some TLC to help upgrade. There were some hairs in the tub and needed a refresh. ”

“The hotel was not in an area where there were a lot of shopping or restaurants nearby. There were a few, but it was not in a metropolitan area - which was fine for us. We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky. “The place is in the cut and looks a little sketchy, but it actually was a great stay! The staff was nice and the breakfast was fire. They also had vending machines, I just wish they would give out more towel. But overall, it was a great stay for the price. ”
