We then had to opt for a 2nd floor room which made it bad for me with a knee injury The outside also looked rundown with the "resident drug addicts" hanging out in the parking lot and outside the rooms when you open your door you can't help to see them and their needles they left strewn about the property on the ground.Just the place you want to stay and feel safe with your teenage grand...

“Very calm, nicely priced place. Very rural, so in my big city opinion it’s more like a place to stay the night and relax indoors or on the little porch/balcony area. Staff is prompt and communicative. Right by the highway. Nearest bigger town (Binghamton) and nearest activities (parks and rivers) are all about a 20min drive away. The place has a TV, mini fridge, stuff like that.”

“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised.
