“Out stay was only one night, but we were very impressed about the staff, especially the front desk, lady. She was very very awesome. We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book...

“At the time that I stayed there were lots of kids so it was a bit noisy up to 11 pm but didnt bother me. Room was clean and they have blackout curtains so that was a plus. Big TV and lots of space. Great location.”

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. ”

“This place was abysmal and we couldn't believe that it would carry the Wyndham name. Wallpaper was peeling off walls, the beds were poorly made, there was visible dirt and scum in the bathrooms, carpets in horrible shape. It made our skin crawl. If we hadn't of had a non-refundable reservation, we would have left immediately to seek something more acceptable.”

“Unfortunately I got room 233 which is right next to a hallway chat area for guests (there is a coffee table with 4 comfortable chairs around it). Each night a different set of teenagers had conversations there past 10 PM with the noise level you'd expect of teenagers so I had to go shush them in my pajamas at 11 PM (I kept waiting for them to realize it was after 10 PM... wishful thinking on my part). There should be a card on the table or such to warn guests to be quiet after 10 PM or...

“Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful . ”

“One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it advertised it had a pool. When I was checking in I asked where the pool was. I was told but I didn't find out it was closed until I walked over to look and saw the notice on the door.😐 .”
