Because you don't book directly and through a second/third party you don't get what other guest receive when booking directly with the resort. They put us up in a "privately owned" room which was part of the "200" units. So the room or rooms will only be updated upon the owners responsibility. Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! “I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice...
