“The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the...

“We stayed there for 17 and 18 May.. when we booked the property it was dit has air conditioning.. but when we reached there there was no air conditioning.. it was so hot there were. no fans only one ceiling fans which was attached to the lights..which goes off when you turn off the lights. After sending so many messages to the owner..he wrote that there is no air conditioner.when I wrote that I will complain he said that he doesn't know anything his brother knows. and when we said that we will...

“Perfect location for a large group of us women looking to explore Old Port and Downtown. Host did an excellent job of communication prior to our stay and the space itself is charming and fits in with Old Montreal. It is an older building so there are some quirks. It is also on a pedestrian-only street so something to be aware of if you are traveling with luggage or groceries. ”
