“Everything was pretty much great Except there was no heating system due to warm weather but it would be great to have a option to turn on the heat separately..”

“Clean, modern, spacious rooms. The elevator is quirky and small but certainly functional. Not walkable to restaurants or shopping, but they're not far away.”

“Rooms were clean and quite comfortable but we had a very bad experience with breakfast. We waited at least 1/2 h in a line for taking food. Food was limited and poor choice. The guys of the hotel closed the kitchen at 9.30 even if there were people that had waited for a long time and wanted some more coffe. At last, they finished the Maple syrup! It’s like going to Italy and the pizzeria finished the mozzarella!! ”

“À chaque fois, c'est le même problème - On doit mentionner à la réception qu'on a les privilèges VIP ($11). À l'enregistrement, la réception nous mentionne que c'était pas visible. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain et la préposée nous a mentionné que c'était bien inscrit au dossier??!! Très décevant de toujours devoir demander comme si on demandait une faveur.”

“Hotel was in the heart of all action within Old Quebec, as it's within walkable distance to all major attractions, and yet the room was so quiet. The hotel was so nice, a mix of traditional building being modernized, which feels classy. The staff was simply amazing and was very friendly and helpful on all requests. As for parking, it's just a short 5 minute walk away to a designated site, which was easy and secure. I will definitely come back to Hotel Du Vieux Québec and it's highly recommended...
