Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it!”

The hot tub was a huge draw for us as a post race recovery. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and so were the bathrooms. “It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.”

They went out of their way to give us as much time as possible to get back and get our stuff.
