“Excellent Victorian in the heart of Leadville. Checking in was quick and easy as well as check out. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Only minor issue was the dishes were a bit grubby but other than that it was fab.”

“Cost friendly. No frills. Met expectations and had what we needed. Very small 1 bathroom. Would recommend bringing a fan if that is how you normally fall asleep-bedding was VERY warm and even with the thermostat low we were still extra hot while asleep and the air purifier fan on high didn’t cut it. Host was quick to respond and flexible with us. Washer and drier was very handy. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Quick drive to slopes. ”

“Everything was just like the pictures. The home was nice and clean with an excellent kitchen for cooking our meals. This was home base during a ski trip and I would gladly stay again next year. The hosts were very responsive, we had an issue in the bathroom and they had a plumber in the next day while we were at the mountain. Thank You!”

“Pros: - Beautiful location and housing - Plenty of space for our full group of 8 Cons: - 2 smoke alarms had been removed from the kitchen/living areas (there were a couple more in the bedrooms, but imo the kitchen/living areas with the gas fireplace were more important to have those in) - Pilot light had been left on in the gas fireplace, though we didn't notice till it got dark enough to see it and had to spend a bit of time figuring out how to turn the thing off - Large amounts of dust in...

“Lovely house, it was perfect for our group of 7! The place was well stocked, clean and a nice location. Not far from a grocery store and Ski Cooper. Parking is a little tight if you have larger vehicles but doable. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the host was so nice to accommodate to our early arrival. Great place to stay in Leadville!!”

“The kitchen had the necessities for cooking and serving. We traveled with two doodle dogs and their crates--there was room for the crates and and we enjoyed walking them along the road. I had several questions for the host and the response was timely via both text and email.”
