“Really happy with property, price and location for our stay in Oxford. Handy location as supermarket just down road, parking at property and we walked into Oxford every day which took around 10-15 mins Host was responsive with communication Suited my family stay - all adults”

“We stayed for 5 days with 3 young children and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean, excellent facilities/ appliances, lovely lay out and great gardens/ separate play room. Caroline is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond. We’ll be back!”

“It is rare the Experience of staying at a holiday location works out as well as expectation of a group built up by the online marketing page. I’m pleased to say that didn’t happen here, in fact the only potential issue in advance was the parking as we had 3 cars. Even this didn’t present an issue. Excellent facilities and base, one very minor issue was the need to drink Guinness from a wine glass due to the lack of a pint glass on site, as I say very minor issue.”

“This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

“Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England.”

“The property was beautiful but there were no sheets for the sofa bed so the 5th person just had to sleep with a duvet without a sheet and blankets from the sofa”

“The flat was better than advertised. The amenities were helpful, especially since we only stayed one night. Our primary reason for selecting this site was ready access to Heathrow the next morning. Even so, our host greeted us with a smile. We will use Steep Rise of we come this way again.”

“This property has been renovated to a great standard and there was plenty of space for our party of four adults, each having their own bed. A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. Other than that, we found everything we needed and had a fabulous weekend. We would stay again, and recommend to others. Although we were recommended to use Uber or Bolt by the hosts, neither of these are...

“I was not able to receive the check-in instructions so the day of I was panicked about how I would gain access to the house and the communication with the host and property manager was strained. Once we arrived at the property it was lovely and as described. It a cute, lovely neighborhood location with a delicious pub right across the street!”

“Our stay was lovely, meeting up with family plus three dogs to celebrate Christmas, parking for 4 cars, large garden for dogs to run around in a pretty village with the essential pub…The house was well equipped with extras like books and games, we were only there 3 nights so didn’t venture far , a quick trip to diddly squat farm and a walk around Witney, would love to return in the summer and explore some more, thanks Stephanie!”
