“Clean and nice rooms!”

“Front desk staff was amazing ”

“The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon.”

“This hotel covers the basics well in terms of room size and comfort, and the breakfast was a bit better than what one would expect for the food choices and service provided. ”

“Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

“We booked a double queen but got a double standard. We made it work. Room did not smell very good. Beds were clean. Stains on walls throughout the room. Baseboards were filthy. I didn’t see any signs of bugs so we did not complain. Door to pool was broken. Also saw other doors broken. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The room was pretty clean considering the price. The hotel is old but is ok for a 2 star. The staff was very kind!!”
