“At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.”

“Rooms were ok. Staff was distant only one lady that work during my stay was welcoming and I mentioned to her. She was so helpful, nice, compassionate, and kind! To be honest it was the only staff that appeared to be that way! Everyone seemed cut off and in their own zone including the manager! Breakfast was ok. I only ate the waffles. I tried the eggs but had a word tasted so I didn’t finish them! Waffle were good because you have to prepare them yourself. Other than that this hotel need to get...

“The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.”

“We (5) had a 2 bd/2 bath suite and it was excellent. Stayed one night, so didn’t use amenities, but saw the outdoor pool that looked great & fitness room. Breakfast was very good, location right near the freeway. Comfortable beds, great showers/bathrooms. We wish all Homewood Suites or other hotels had this room size option.”

“Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.”

“The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal.”

“I stayed in rm 412 and ended up getting sick from the mold in the AC. Every time I came back into the room I was smacked with a musty mildew smell. The room itself is decent with a fridge and two burner stove with lots of cabinet space. Hopefully they do something about the mold though”

“Front desk gentleman was nice and friendly. That was the only positive thing about this establishment. Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on.
