“The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.”

“I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”

“Staff was great, particularly Jean at the front desk, who helped us out with some extra details that made our stay great and who was just really nice. The hotel has been recently renovated so the Expedia listing is out of date- it definitely has an elevator, and the common areas are super nice, including the outdoor fire pit patio and pool. Our handicapped room was spacious and appropriately accessible, particularly the spacious shower. Everything was spotless. The other staff we encountered...
