“The tv on my room is not working i have a baby and need the tv working in the room the entrence ligth not working i was told them and they just said they are busy they can do nothing 🙄 i left a day before the date my deposit supposed to be coming to my account yesterday and I don’t receive”

“Unsafe for a girl to stay at alone was followed after I checked in to a man asking me to come to his room, bad neighborhood burn holes in the covers. I would not double back.”

“The worst hotel experience ever! My entire body was covered in flea bites, and I could barely sleep all night because of the constant itching. I’m 100% certain they were fleas because I actually saw one with my own eyes. It was just too fast for me to catch it or take a picture. This was completely unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously so other guests don’t have to go through the same experience.”

“The hotel is beautiful; looks new. Convenient location to Chinatown. The room is spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean, housekeeping is light during your stay (make beds, take out trash, restock toiletries). Hotel is a nit older, so you'll see stains on the carpet etc. But the rooms and beds are clean. Staff are friendly enough. Breakfast included, and centers around eggs, sausage/bacon, hashbrowns, waffles etc. Kitchen was in our rooms, which I hadn't planned for ... could have saved on some takeout. Did not try amenities so can't comment. Install, good stay.”

“The hotel was more dated than other Marriott hotels I have stayed in. Our carpet in our room was patched, and the couch appeared to have been damaged by a cat causing a hole in the armrest. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a blinking light in our room, and the light bulb was promptly changed to solve the problem. The breakfast was fresh. The location was great for our needs. Hopefully, the hotel will be able to update the rooms in the future.”

“El hotel se está haciendo viejo, y al personal no le importa dar buen servicio, pedí todos los días toallas extras y nunca me las trajeron, otro día necesite cambiar las sábanas de la cama y solo me dejaron en la puerta unas sábanas para yo cambiarlas, y por último hubo un día que solo funcionó uno de los elevadores.”
