“Staff was personable and responsive. I had to change rooms due to a problem with the noise level of the refrigerator in the room. Once I reported it, the staff acted promptly to move me to another room. The facility was otherwise clean and well maintained.”

“This was a quiet and quaint place along the Erie Lake. Don’t look for a gym or spa / sauna, but they did have an outdoor swimming pool. Lots of trees and a great view of the lake”

“Felt like it was very understaffed. When we visited there was a closure of route 6. It would have been helpful to have an area map available and knowledgeable staff who could have directed us around the road closure to the main routes as opposed to starting the day frustrated from gps not realizing the road was closed.”
