“Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Awesome pool and hot tub. Very clean to swim in. Room was great, comfortable bed and pillows. Water pressure in the shower in amazing. Very good for sore neck muscles.”

“The room has that “industrial feel” to it though it’s clean, staff were friendly although some seemed unenthusiastic about their job. Food was mediocre- only three counters, plus the bar, were open with very limited choices. The lady who took our order was nice- she came up to our table to ask “how’s the food” and if “everything was ok”. Breakfast was a joke- sorry. They gave 1 apple, 1 granola bar and 1 bottle of apple juice- each for me and my husband in a bag hang on the entry’s doorknob. ...

“We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.”

“Unfortunately this was not the best experience. Towels had hairs embedded in them. When we went to exchange them at the front desk, they were about to give us towels with longer hairs. At least the employee caught it and went back for a third try. The tub had some mold. The food had no flavor. And breakfast started at 7. “Decent property. Breakfast was very basic and crowded with a 20 minute wait for the waffle station. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“I only stayed one night. Overall okay stay. The floor in the hallway(s) and my room were not vacuumed. I arrived after 8:00pm, therefore I didn’t request housekeeping to avoid disturbing other guests. Also, the man who was working the front desk had zero personality or warm welcome.”

“Staff was nice and professional, the room was clean, the water pressure in the shower if I could give it a minus 50 I would we pretty much had a little more than a trickle to shower with and lastly I chose not to indulge in the breakfast because another family member that was with us went and said it wasn't worth going downstairs for so I skipped it.”

“The beds are so comfortable and pillows were great. Breakfast was nothing special. Typical continental. Would have given 5 stars had there been bed clothes for the pullout sofa. When your reservation is for 2 adults and 4 children it should be standard practice to have the room ready with bed clothes for the sofa .”

The pull out couch bed was filthy (stains , hair and obviously not changed, used linen. ) The king bed was dusty and spiked my allergies terribly .
