“The airport shuttle drivers when we left for an early flight and returned from a late flight were great! But the front desk staff lacked good customer service. Be sure to ask for specific directions about where to park. And get your ticket validated if you need to leave the lot and return during your stay.”

“Everything you might want in an overnight stay in an airport hotel. Clean, quiet, relaxing—a nice respite after a cancelled flight. They were having problems with the TV cable vendor when I was there, and if that’s the case for you, you can get a copy of the channels in person at the front desk.”

“I've stayed here a lot because it's affordable and you can get a smoking room. Usually it's not bad, you get what you pay for. This week long stay, the bed was only made twice and the floor was not swept AT ALL.”

“This hotel was disgusting and the room was so heavily smoked in I had to leave immediately. Not to mention there was a huge hole almost 4' in diameter in the wall not fully repaired amongst other things damaged in the room. Tried to get a different room but conveniently they were "sold out". So essentially I paid for 2 nights here to walk into the room for 5 minutes and have to leave. No refund from hotel manager or help in any way and ended up staying at the MyPlace up the road. Do not stay...

“Rooms were clean , but customer service was terrible. Asking the front desk a simple question was met with “I don’t know and I don’t care” attitude. Then they just continued to ignore me and went back on their phone .”

“This was an excellent spot to stay at! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many delicious options. The front desk workers were friendly and readily gave me extra towels and bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper. The hotel is right next to a very nice mall area with lots of options for food and shopping.”

“This is a great place to stay. I was traveling with two young adult kids and my teenagers. We were able to get a spacious suite at a reasonable price. Dinner snacks and breakfast was included, which was a nice perk! We were all impressed by the staff and the accommodations.”

“I've stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the first one that only offers coffee for breakfast. The toilet seat and the sink valve handle were loose. The bathtub drains poorly and soap starts to build everywhere.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
