“The staff is wonderful. The only negative is the bed mattress. It was so soft no support. Hard time sleeping my back ache was terrible. Hardly could walk the next day. Time to change mattress with some support ”

“Awesome space ”

“Room was clean. Nice pool with attached hot tub. Beds were nice. Our room was a stand up shower, no tub, which was fine for us. If you are a light sleeper, be aware the walls were pretty thin if there are other disrespectful guests. While the stay was good (staff was all amazing) there were other guests with kids running up and down the hall way until about midnight and they started again before 7am slamming doors and such.”

“Overall enjoyable stay. There was some unfinished construction/remodeling in some of the hallways which was a bit off-putting. Pool area had a sign up that the hot tub was out of order, but it seemed to be functioning when I tried it. When I first entered my room, there was an odd dust-like substance on part of the comforter and on the floor next to the HVAC unit. I wiped it with a towel. The room was otherwise clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very ideal for me....

“underground parking was excellent and timely with a severe winter storm brewing. The staff was excellent but Aiden , the night manager, was exceptional.”

“The room was fine—clean and in good condition—but some areas of the hotel are in dire need of maintenance; for example, at the pool, the bathroom door was lying on the floor, and the gym equipment was rusty and unmaintained.”

“Fitted sheets came off the both beds (husband, wife and soon) . Only three pillow for bed and down comforter was so thin that you felt like you were sleeping with three flat sheets. Property was clean and staff was great.”

“Nice and cheap motel near South transportation point. Room is very big and comfortable. The only two negative points are the AC not controllable and the shower a little bit not practical. Be sure to wait at 7 to take some stuff for breakfast because usually people is not so kind and they lined up to take everything, at 8 am everything is finished and the food doesn't get replaced until next morning. Assistance during breakfast would be required. ”
