“The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of the free beach shuttle service in the golf car but the area was accessible. We even walked. It’s so nice being in a place that’s just the opposite from the busy Pattaya City. Breakfast buffet and à la cart menu was a superb and satisfying start to every day in Thailand. ”

“This place was terrible if you have kids. All the expats staying there start chain-smoking outside their rooms first thing in the morning. Then they smoke weed all evening... We paid for the week but only stayed one night... You can't get a refund if you book through expedia... It's not a convenient enough location to put up with all the smoke.”

“This resort is in disrepair. Everything seems to be falling apart. Pool decking nails are sticking up so be careful to not rip your feet open. ”

“This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay.”

“As others said, don't be startled by the dirt road entrance. This hidden gem was the perfect find for my stay. The staff were very very helpful and since I came right after Songkran, I basically had the property to myself. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away with great pool and private sand/beach access.”
