“Great rooms friendly front desk ”

“Fridge not working, carpet in front of fridge soaked. Reported to front desk, clerk did not want to switch us to another room. Was told they would try to repair first. Nothing was corrected. They charge a $18 guest fee upon checkin, can be used in their restaurant as credit, but was not convenient to use. Not much parking available aside from valet. ”

“We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. Heard another guest complain and get moved rooms. Just...

“This place only has one door and one door out the two side doors don’t work. Their breakfast is kind of Janky. It’s just cereal and you got some nasty coffee. The people here are really nice. I am. I did appreciate having kind people who you know didn’t give us too much of a hard time, I had to be on the bottom floor because of my dog I like to be up on you know the above floors, but I have a service animal and so she can’t. I guess go up on the top floor, but you know service animals are...

“I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation.”

“The room was relatively clean. A concern was the AC vents were very dirty and a concern was possible mold. It cound have just been condensation and dust, but something to look into. I stayed in room 416.”

“My wife and I visited for one night . The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. When we checked out, we left my wife’s CPAP in the room. As soon as Lena went in to clean the room, she immediately took it down to Terri. Terri called me immediately and we were able to go back for it, only losing a few minutes. Thank you Terri and Lena!!”

“The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. We will continue to stay there. PS, their breakfast is the best, the attendant is amazing and so friendly. (I think her name is Jessica) ”
