“展望風呂が良かったです。 1128号室に宿泊しましたが、UBの排水が不良で風呂の湯を流したら、トイレ周りが池になりました。排水系の清掃をお願いします。”

“First of all thank you for allowing us to drop off our luggage 6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. That helped us go to the close attraction (just a few blocks) Osaka Aqarium. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of additional amenities and adjacent to universal studios. Will definitely return!”

“Stayed here as had a 1.5 day ticket to USJ. It took me 15 mins to walk there so is ideal. The hotel also offers an amenities drawer where you can get bath soaks, toothbrushes etc and as well as having a water machine and microwave has an ice machine which saves you a small fortune (it was super hot when I went so wanted ice all the time). “Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old).
