“I knew it was a 3 star hotel but the room was not clean. We arrived after midnight so I didn’t ask for any assistance but we had to lay towels on the bathroom floor because there was some brown dried liquid ( could have been spilled coffee) but it was on the bathroom floor so I wasn’t taking any chances. There was a huge water stain on the bathroom ceiling and the washcloth towel in the tub had gaping holes which makes me wonder if the upstairs bathroom had the same thing hence the water damage....

“I came on a 4th of July trip with my family. I need somewhere affordable and where I can stay for the night before our waterpark resort. They falsely advertised our room. I paid for 2 double g queen sized beds and received a full size bed and an extremely rough jail mattress. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable.
