“The hotel was great! Our room had a little balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good size. The breakfast was fresh, with lots of options of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs of choice. Parking was available, But very tight spaces. The restaurant attached, for supper, was only okay. Walking into the town was so easy and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. We drove into Heidelburg old town and visited the castle during the days and it was a lovely...

“Very nice and nicely located. Parking is very small , there are other parking facility in the area but at the wrong time it may be all occupied. I was not a problem for me anyway”

“Das Hotel ist neu und modern mit maritimen Touch. Das Bad ist schön, das Bett enorm gemütlich - besonders die Bettwäsche hat es mir tatsächlich angetan, weil sie so kuschelig ist. Fernseher modern und ausreichend Sender. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker - es gab sogar vegane Butter. Ich komme bald wieder.”

“Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center.”
