“The hotel staff/manager would not check me in”

“The room that I rented was a room inside of an apartment. The second bedroom and sitting room belonged to a different guest. I paid via Hotels.com an Yp George Hotel told me that if I wanted to extend my stay that I would have to pay cash, if not for me to check out. That they had no affiliation with Hotels.com. I paid for a room with a kitchen, the stove didn't work bc it didn't have electricity, only used a generator.”
