“Staying at Loews was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From arrival to departure, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The location was ideal—close enough to easily walk to the French Quarter and other attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

“The hotel lights and water went out so I was told I would get a credit by management. We checked into another hotel and I was never credited the leadership was rude and lack integrity.”

“The front desk associate, Amia, was pleasant and helpful. She made it feel like we were her personal guests. Clarence, another associate, was friendly and informative, The property was clean and beautiful. We loved the pool and pool bar as well. the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The morning coffee was a nice treat as well. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Great place to stay in New Orleans. Walking distance to restaurants and the French Quarter. Stayed during July 4th weekend, and found the walls are thin and can hear the very loud neighbors and smell their marijuana/cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable, extra linens and towels were available, all kitchen items supplied. Would stay here again.”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“The room was very clean and staff was excellent! We enjoyed the space and the courtyard with the pool and hot tub. The only downside is the pool was crowded at times but that was probably due to the holiday weekend.”
