“Originally booked this stay for myself, but work had other plans. So I called up the parentals and passed along the reservation. They were pleasantly surprised by the property (they’re total hotel snobs), and even more impressed by the phenomenal service.
Mother dearest is still raving about the aesthetic and finishes throughout the property—and they left a few days ago! The décor, comfort, and on-site food and drinks were all major hits. The gym? “Fire,” according to Father (retired Marine)....

“The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff...

“We chose this hotel because of the location to our conference and the convenience to all the shopping. We literally parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. The room was clean, bed super comfy, and plenty of outlets for the electronics.
