“We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.”

“ The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Si tratta di una struttura datata che assolutamente non corrisponde ad un 4 stelle . Il complesso è sito sul ciglio della strada . Personale giovane ed impreparato. Pulizia della camera molto approssimativa , ragnatele e polvere ovunque . Inoltre la ns camera , nr. 4 , dava sulla cucina e lasciando aperto la finestra entravano fumi e odori . La colazione ridicola con marmellate già iniziate e yogurt servito senza sapere né provenienza ne scadenza . Consiglio alla struttura di aggiornare...

“車站非常靠近火車站，一出火車站就會見到酒店，2分鐘路程就到啦！酒店設施雖然有一點歷史，但係保養得非常好，內部空間感十足，有一張長枱放置物品、兩個木製嘅行李架放疊行李以及一個大衣櫃放疊衣物！Reception的態度非常好，幸運地可以提前Checkin拿到房間。另下，Reception附近有張貼巴士行程表，如果對行程表有任何疑問，歡迎去到前台詢問，佢地都好樂意同親切咁回答我們的問題！前台關閉時間很晩，你絕對可以喺前台關閉前回到酒店房間。另外，佢哋指引我點樣用旅客體驗卡免費遊玩呢一個城市！酒店餐廳質素非常之高，而且價錢很合理，如果你碰巧遇到附近餐廳都關門嘅時候非常建議你去酒店嘅餐廳用膳！ 酒店10分鐘路程內可以到達2間超市及雪糕店！酒店亦都鄰近巴士站，方便你在國王湖附近遊玩！如果我再去國王湖都會再嚟呢間酒店㗎！ 早餐非常豐富，有多款乳酪、芝士、火腿、麵包、穀物早餐、果醬、茶包、果汁、咖啡，還有兩款香腸、炒蛋、烚蛋。你絕對能夠吃飽！ ”
