Hotel a Leola

“First room we were assigned had a short so there was no electricity but the manager moved us quickly. Dead roach in the tub, tub didnt drain and had to call for a plunger and toilet required us to manually fill in order to flush it. Only reason i gave then 3 stars was the staff was polie and quick to help. Definitely not worth 100.00. But i guess they can charge that since there are only 2 hotels in town.”

“Love the staff!!!! really helpful we were there for vacation and ours stayed was good!! Everything was close maybe needs a little update on the room but other than that everything is good!!!!”

“Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.”

“No water for customers after breakfast hours I know it’s miner but that’s not good ”

“Nothing good at all. There was bedbugs there. I checked out after staying there for 30 minutes. ”

“Clean. Far enough off the interstate to be quiet it close enough to be convenient. Good breakfast.”

“The room was really clean it was in okay check in just didn't know there was a deposit wish I had known that before I got there but otherwise it was okay”

“Room looked clean, bathroom dirty, staff only came after you hit a button on the desk or just talked to you through a specker. Won't go back ever”

“The motel gave our room to someone else the second night of my stay. We woke up to someone trying to get into our room in the middle of the night. A very large picture was not secured to our wall, hanging over the bed. They said they would fix it and they never did. ”

“Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed and pillows were! Definitely exceeded expectations for the price paid. Seemed to be one of the nicest hotels for that location. ”

“The restroom did not have tissue and the fold out bed did not have sheets in room. Nice location. Beautiful property and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was not the best.”

“We were welcomed in at the front desk and our room was all ready for us, clean and tidy. We had a good night’s sleep. There was a keurig coffee maker in the room, which was great as we are early risers. There was a great breakfast with a helpful and busy attendant. This hotel went the extra distance, placing Easter eggs around the lobby for guests to find… very sweet! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area! Thank you!”

“The gentle man at the front desk was absolutely so very kind! He went above and beyond!! We did get a smoking room,(Only available )so the room obviously smelled like smoke from the time when walked in and of course it was all over the bedding. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. It’s not the best area but I would stay again. Hope this helps”
