“Remodeling going on and did not attend breakfast ”

“I had to deal with Expedia and the manager on duty. Travis was extremely helpful and gave me great information. He made sure I was satisfied and got the reimbursement that was due from Expedia. My boyfriend really liked their eggs served at breakfast in the morning. He insisted I add that in my review. He wouldn’t stop talking about how delicious the eggs were. - MLW”

“We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track. We immediately contact the front desk and a maintenance person did a poor a very poor job fixing the issue. In fact, my inquired how a recently renovated room did not include replacement of what appeared to be very aged slinding shower doors and we was informed by the maintenance person that the shower was...

“Bugs on the bed and bathroom. Unsanitary room, there was open chip bags in our room upon arrival, the walls and beds had stains on the Blankets and dirt on the walls. And lots of hair on the bathroom towels. It very much so smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room when we got there. I had 3 kids with me and this was an unsafe environment for them. We checkout and asked for a refund so far haven’t heard anything back very disappointing ”

“Hotel was quiet, breakfast was filling and tasted amazing with a wide range of choices. Bed was comfortable”

“It was a bit outdated, but fine for the price. Fridge wasn’t very cold, but didn’t really need it much. Office was helpful. Was out visiting relatives in the area so just needed a clean, safe place to sleep.”

“The people seemed nice and pleasant enough and let me know that it is not a fancy place. I would recommend they stay at this property if you are very tight on cash and a solo traveler. The listing says there is a pool and it is an empty hole. It says there is a fitness room and good luck not getting injured on this equipment from 1980 that doesn’t work. I’m not trying to be mean I’m just telling the truth so expectations aren’t high or what it claims to be. The owners did say that they are new...

“El cuarto 117 tenia bed bugs y olia mucho a cigarro pero sin duda alguna el cuarto estaba limpio en lo que cabe fui a reclamar me asignaron otro cuarto y tambien olia mucho a cigarro las cobijas con ollos tal vez por personas q fuman dentro de las havitaciones si es lugar econimico pero deverian de tener mas limpiesa”

“The hotel was fine with the exception that they only clean the room every three days. When I needed to extend my stay due to flight cancellation, the staff was very helpful but Expedia told me they could not assist.”

“Hotel interior looked a little dated and the elevator needs service, but the room looked newly renovated and clean, the staff were friendly and I never slept better in a hotel. Only problem was kids running up and down hallway playing with their dogs until late.”
