“Great Stay!”

“Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area.”

“I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!”

“The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. “A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.”

“We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. “Have stayed here a few times, always tidy and easy access to restaurants”

“Staff was very pleasant. Room was large enough, though we would have liked to add a cot/crib, but were unable. We enjoyed the pool and free laundry, and utilized the games in the guest lobby before we left. Breakfast was sufficient, and we appreciated that no one was shooed away. The room had many problems. Many fixtures were broken/inoperable. The toilet paper holder was broken, the towel hooks were broken, the phone didn't work, an outlet was dead, the dishwasher leaked and no one was able to...

“Nice clean spacious room. Easy access on a well traveled road with convenient dining options, fast food places within 2 miles of this property. Good value for short stay. A coffee maker in the room and 2 chairs would have been good. TV reception was OK. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room that was a plus. Highly recommended for night stay while doing things around the area.”
