The next morning the ceiling was leaking water from the unit above into our bathroom and the ceiling tiles were ready to burst as they were filled with water. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“We love staying at the Avenue! Breakfast is always warm and tasty and they go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Love hanging out in the beautiful lobby for wine and cheese or just to take a break from the heat. We will be back again soon!”

“It was not a $243 a night hotel. The noise from the cars going by was constant. The towels had a bad smell, and the tv remote was not working. It was overall clean and the staff was helpful, but it's a $100 per night hotel at best.”

However the coffeemaker in the room took up the whole counter so there was no place to put toiletries.
