“When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking.”

“Staff were very friendly. The weekday early evening front desk clerk who checked us in would wave everytime we came in. Hannah the bartender was great. Every meal we had in the restaurant was good but esp breakfast. Id recommend the Farmers bowl.”

“Location is Great. Overall the Hotel is great. We asked for Towels twice and they were never delivered to our Room. Overall a Great Experience and we would definitely go back.”

“great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.”

“Staff was great. There was a mixup with some of my groups rooms and once they confirmed our names, they got everything sorted quickly.”

“The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on.”

“What I liked: Hotel Deco is located close to the Old Market, within walking distance. It's also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious, which was nice. What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The Monarch Restaurant seemed dreary, and the one morning we tried to have...

“Staff was really nice. Rooms are clean and bed/ pillows were ever comfy. Only complaint I have is that the rooms were dark.”
