“Friendly service, nice spacious clean room, plenty of parking and a tasty hot breakfast.”

“Gentleman that checked in was very nice and polite room was extremely outdated, dirty. The sheets seemed clean but overall needs a complete overhaul. There was a large bucket filled with water under the bathroom sink and mold growing from the leaky faucet. ”

“Does not at an aura of safety. Included breakfast had two mini muffins available. Not two types. The entire available breakfast was comprised of two mini muffins. ”

“The room was NOT cleaned recently and you could tell by how dirty the outer toiket bowl was. ”

“The staff is very helpful and check in was easy. Rooms were clean and it did the job for an overnight stop. It is very noisy, which didn't bother me, as it is located right off the freeway. I needed a late check out due to my plans changing and the hotel was very accomodating. The grounds could use some definite clean up and there was only one working elevator for the property. ”

“Very unclean there was a cockroach in my room. The sheets were dirty. We had a handicap person with us. The elevator was broken and we were never given a different room. We booked a double bedroom and ended up having to be split up into two separate rooms because they couldn’t accommodate the pool was broken with no prior notification.”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was torn up and held on to the board by a small strip of duct tape. There was mold in...

“Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. ”
