“It was wonderful, staff were helpful, rooms were clean.”

“Just a few things BUT I would definitely stay again. Small room was very, very dark. No USB ports to charge phone and few plugs. Every time the refrigerator cycles, the lamp that’s turned off surges off then on. The location is across from a strip club.”

“We typically stay at nicer hotels but, were only going to be there to sleep for the night so 8 hours. It was fine for that, but conditions in the room were not great. The shower faucet was broken, which made it difficult to get hot water. There was plaster and tile chipping off the walls in the bathroom and TP holder broken. Good for 8 hours but would not want to stay beyond that.”

“Just hire better staff”

“First room we went it smelled so strongly of smoke I had to call the front desk. The staff were very understanding and put us in a new room. That one smelt like tacos but better than smoke. We got use to the smell and it was fine. All that matters was bed was clean. Totally fine if you’re in a super budget but there are definitely better places around”

“Microwave did not work. When we tried to use it it sparked and caught fire. When we notified the front desk they said they would bring up a replacement and never did. Breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast, just coffee and juice. Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge needed cleaning but overall it wasn't a terrible stay.”

“We were in town for the Railbird music festival, like many others. We several Of us showed up around midnight to check -in we had to wait 15-20ish minutes for the night shift clerk to help us(he said he was having to clean a room for someone). I had 3 rooms reserved. When I arrived to the room I was sleeping in, it had not been cleaned either. Both beds had been slept in, there was trash. “The room was filthy. There was dried vomit on the side of the night stand and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff were polite and friendly.”

“The ‘hot’ breakfast consisted of microwaved Egg product, hash brown, and something labeled chicken were cold and absolutely disgusting! Our room was spacious but several stains on the carpet were awful. The king bed was comfortable. The hotel’s common areas were clean”

“The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. It had a small kitchen, table and chairs, sofa bed, dresser, table, coffee table, wall mounted TV. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the traffic noise outside. It was near the freeway.”

“We stayed here for a week while attending our 60th class reunion, and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting our group each time we left and returned. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
