“From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The exterior alone raised concerns, with several individuals lingering around who appeared to be long-term occupants. Calling this place a “hotel” feels generous. Walking into the lobby, we were hit with a strong odor—a mix of stale smoke and something reminiscent of a nursing home. It was overwhelming and set the tone for what was to come. Despite the obvious red flags, we proceeded to check in....

“The room was somewhat clean,it had a lot of smudged marks everywhere like they used dirty rags too clean with ,the hall smelled like Marijuana all night and they had some undesirables hanging out by the back doors all night. ”

“I did not stay there. No room wad avaliable when i arrived. Requesting a refund. Apprently the room wad booked too late after 12pm and on my arrival at b 2am there was not a room avaliable. Please refund my money.”

“We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...

We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels...
