“Very nice rooms just needs better bathroom doors didn’t like not having a lock with having kids they like to come in there without warning.”

“Had to change rooms 3 times until we found one that had a working heater/ac unit and didnt have items that were broken inside. Rooms needed a good cleaning, floor was dirty and appliances were well worn out. Lots of dust in vents, and artwork frame was broken and filthy with soap stains. Bathroom wasnt well stocked, as we had to go ask for hand soap. No pool available since it has been down for a while one of the staff said. Breakfast was ok, and equipment room was well stocked, but a machine...

“The room was NOT cleaned recently and you could tell by how dirty the outer toiket bowl was. ”

“I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life.”

“Terrible staff, terrible amenities, clogged toilet. Manager asked me to unclog my toilet myself or leave the hotel. Then didn’t give refund. ”

“Do not stay here. The staff Jarod was wonderful and kind but this hotel is disgusting and there were drug deals in the parking lot at prostitutes in the lobby. Blood on the room walls, and brown stains on the beds. Rooms were filthy and doors don't close properly or lock.”
