“Hotel was clean, hotel personnel was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was OK... the only big deficiency is a noise from the freeway.”

“Most of things were ok per price point compare to others, staff was good and polite but room was smelling not fresh upon enter as no ventilation on ground floor units and may be bed had some kind of bugs or something l, had some marks on hand , leg of some bug bite on morning.”

“We need realistic expectations, yes this is a dated hotel. That being said, staff was extremely warm and friendly, the beds were comfy, the pillows were squishy, the room was spotless, no weird smells, can open door and let the fresh breeze blow in, shower pressure is great, and the hotel was quiet both nights I stayed on a weekend. It’s a safe place to stay and the room price is fantastic. Worth the couple bucks extra for the pool view upgrade. My new go to hotel in East Wenatchee.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket because I get cold in the air conditioning, and they gave me a clean blanket right away. Also, our air conditioner made a loud clanky noise. Once we told the front desk the maintenance crew came to fix it immediately. The breakfast bar is meh. Nothing terrible, but nothing special. We paid in advance to have "free" breakfast that was the same each of the three days..."Scrambled eggs" sausage and...

“They did not have it posted that they no longer had a restaurant or lounge, when asked they said that they were supposed to be remodeling the restaurant but didn't know when they would be open. We went to our room, and it was clean, but there was a warren spot in the carpet, it looked like room has not had a refresh in years. The lobby looked like it had a refresh recently, but they didn't do the rooms...”

“Front desk was there to do the bare minimum. Room was interesting with the toilet and shower in separate rooms. Breakfast waffles were good.”
