“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“The room was very dirty. Stains everywhere. Dirty rag outside the door. I felt dirty the whole time I was staying there but thankfully it was only one night. I would never return. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm taking the time to leave this one, so no one makes the same mistake I did. ”

“Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown”

“I always choose this hotel when flying out of Richmond. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, I sleep like a baby. The breakfast was ok, sausage need to be cooked more and food was cold. Our driver to airport was very nice , thanks Karen. ”
