“We loved our stay here! The staff was excellent and truly made us feel well taken care of, and the rooms themselves were great. A couple of small things worth mentioning: our TV remote wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer since the World Cup was on and it would've been nice to catch some games while getting ready in the evenings. “Had to wait an hour because our room wasn’t ready at check-in. No housekeeping during our stay, trash piled up outside, and we had to track down housekeeping ourselves just to get fresh towels. Sand built up in the room since it was never cleaned, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and rarely acknowledged guests. Disappointing experience overall.”
