“The hotel room occasionally had a very strong and unpleasant food odor. The hotel amenities appeared quite outdated, and some items were broken. The bath towels were small and thin. The furniture was scratched up and it smelled like mildew. The tv was very difficult to work so I didn’t watch it. Nothing like what the picture show on Expedia. “Room was clean. Parking was good. Bed was not comfortable at all and the chair was hard to sit on. ”

“The staff was nice to let us check in earlier by an hour. The check in time of 5:00 PM is anyway quite late as most hotels have it much earlier. The bathroom could have been better, didn’t have hand washing soap. The shower door was creaky. The bed was comfy but didn’t look like a king size bed. Considering the very high room rate per night, the hotel is rather over priced. The hotel is in a good location and close to university.”
