“The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out. “Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch.
