“I like the updated suite, it’s very clean and spacious. I also love their buffet breakfast, they offer a lot of choices. Most of the staff were friendly, except for one receptionist I called when our bathroom door got locked. She initially told me they didn’t have a key for it and sounded like there was nothing they could do. However, someone eventually came to our room to assist us. Overall the hotel is excellent.”

“I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!”

“Very nice room, Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very small, didn't use the bar. must use valet parking, didn't and used street parking and sometime had a block of walking to the hotel.”

“I gave a fifty dollar cash pet deposit at check in but at checkout I was told they couldn’t return it because no one but the manager had a key to the till. Was supposed to be put on my card but hasn’t been. Also, staff knocked on the door at seven A.M. to see if we’d left yet. There are way better options in the area. Avoid this Motel 6.”
