I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

“Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. “Parking was easy and it was pet friendly, but the walls were nasty. The shower was nasty. There was burning marks on the sheet. There was mold on the ceiling above the toilet.”

“There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower. The shower head needs replacing or the water pressure is just terrible but all it did was a little more than a trickle. We went down for...

“A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. ”

“The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. ”
