“The suite was recently renovated and looks beautiful! Has everything you need plus more, lovely little touches like chocolates on the nightstand and good quality products in the bathroom. It’s a little cold in the bathroom but it soon warms up with the shower on so not a concern. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the discount to the sauna experience on site, it’s so worth it, recommend going in. The evening the fairy lights and candles really make it a magical experience!”

“Everything, we had great communication with the staff, got is in the room we requested . It was clean and everone was great. I highly recommend this accomidations in penticton vacation. The location , the staff, the facilities outstanding . And the lake view , was excellent, we had 2 fur babies that we brought and great location for walking your pet, or even if you want long breathtaking walks, and watching the birds on the skaha lake. Just so lovely. We would stay there again . Thanks so much...

“Very clean..recently renovated room. All white. Huge bathtub! And tv! Staff were helpful with my card issues. With my laptop and phone and chargers...could have used more plugs..but there were other plugins i used too. ”

“A great comfy room overlooking the lake. Checkin was easy and communication was very good even with the office being off-site due to low season. Nice well provided kitchenette. Good hot water pressure in the bathroom. Penticton is very walkable. We'd gladly return. ”
