“We really enjoyed our stay here at the Ibis! The staff where lovely very accommodating to us. We travelled with small children under 5, pool was excellent with kids area. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a little air conditioned playground area for kids next to dining room.
The family room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was stunning, except there was road works across the way - you can walk further to go to the beach. Or explore Vang Tàu, taxi easy to access. ”

“Wonderful staffs and owners. Free shuttle pick up and drop off to local areas for foods, beach and sightseeing during stay. The resort hidden in uphill location. you will burn some calories if decide to walk & explore surrounding local foods, bars or restaurants. It could be slippery at front of lobby during rain season while wearing sandals. It was a hidden germ.”

“My travel partner for booking hotels - has always been Hotels.com.
This is the first time I am disappointment rather devastated of the room we received v/s the room pictures that's shown in Hotels.com. The room was small, unclean - right from the towels to the accessories in the bathroom. The hotel is located in a very crowded place, where, the lobby is made use to serve food for outside people. ....completely disgusting.
I had not options, but to leave the hotel and check for another hotel...

The showers were not hot, and the staff was confused that I had prepaid, but otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again if I were in the area again. The location is not far from some good restaurants, a modest walk to the ocean, and not far from the bus office. The room comes with lockers, and the beds have curtains, lights, and outlets.”

“The palace is a huge hotel two minutes walk from the beach. Parking is free and secure at street level next to the hotel. Hotel was mostly quiet during our stay but some music at night nearby Didn’tbother us. Balcony in the Spacious room with a comfortable bed. We located within walking distance to sunset, restaurants and beach strip, coffee, shops, restaurants, stores, etc..”
