“The hotel is a little older, it looks like it is slowly being updated. The mattresses are very old, springs coming out on the corners and very soft, the carpeting looked relatively new. The breakfast was plentiful. If the mattresses were replaced I'd give it a higher rating.”

“The hotel provided a very positive experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful, from check-in to the kitchen. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that dinner was also offered. I would stay here again.”

“We ended up having to switch rooms because our air conditioner was not working, both rooms were dirty upon arrival. Food crumbs in both beds, food on the wall from where people threw it against it into the trash. Staff was super nice, pool was heated and quiet”

“Ok first of all when I first got there the room they gave me was not clean the second room they gave me the shower in the bathroom didn't work the third room and final room that they gave me the TV wouldn't work the staff kept transfer me rooms did not and was not apologetic to the inconvenience it was causing very very bad experience”

“Everything was in perfect order except the hot tub which was out of order. Everything was clean and the room was not disturbed when we asked for it until we checked out after the third day.”

“The staff did their best, but the condition of the furnishings and carpet etc needs to be addressed. Our key cards didn’t work on multiple occasions; many others in the hotel had the same problem. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The dresser in the room had drawers that kept sliding open. The sofa in the room was stained and worn; we were afraid to sit on it. Some of our party wanted to use the pool. There were no pool towels. The hot tub water was green and needed to be cleaned.”
