“This motel is in very poor condition. It is run down, scuffed up, looks dirty. Check in is brief to an employee behind a window. Easy parking in front of your room. No real amenities. Thin walls - could hear the tv from next room so couldn't sleep. Towels and bedding are rough basics. Needed a hair dryer - an employee came to our room and installed one on the wall (that was nice of her). They said no one had ever asked for one in our room. “Everything was good except the staffs need to be more friendly. They are not welcoming. They looked too serious and snob. Upon checking in, they are working on other things instead of helping you get checked in. They make you wait and there is no other customer in line. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. Too bad I booked 2 more nights in advanced. Also, check out is at 11am and most hotels are 12pm. Housekeeper also will knock at the door earlier and check out is at 11am. what...

“We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The room was clean, AC worked and the kids all enjoyed the large backyard and even swam in the pool, in February! Location was perfect. Will stay again next year”

“This was by far the worst check-in experience I’ve had ever. I called the hotel just to confirm what name came through and the so-called manager answered super rudely didn’t even give me a chance to explain what I was looking for, and he said you have to contact where you booked through. That is no way to speak to someone who’s actually booking for services with you. “The picture shown is a bit deceiving. I found myself trying to figure out where it was taken in the lobby, didn't really look like this. They charge $22 per pet, per night, and supply NOTHING. They don't even have bags for you to pick up after your pet, which we always do. Fortunately we had our own.
