“I arrived later and there was confusion regarding my parking at the facility but that was clarified and a good price established. The hallway smelled of smoke that I believe is historical and impeded in the hallway carpeting despite clear attempts to upgrade. “Could not have asked for a better stay. The king bed suite with pull out couch in separate room. Worked for 4 of us. Nice pillows. Very clean. Crisp white bedding. Spotless bathroom. Great staff and breakfast. No complaints from anyone. Had to get used to know coffee maker in the room. But good coffee available on demand in the first floor breakfast nook. On Wolf Road near major shopping, dining and movies. Ten minutes from UAlbany. Nicely done. ”

“This property was great for a night. The room and bathroom were clean. We stayed in a no smoking room but hallway wreaked of pot. The AC is a somewhat older wall unit very noisy. TV has static lines when turned on and could not be used. Floors were sticky but I think it’s the floor material and what is used to clean them. The room overall was clean.”

“The hotel was clean and very convenient to Albany and the airport. My only struggle was getting clear help regarding the WiFi. I was traveling for work and this did inconvenience me a bit. I would rebook but would really like better help regarding the WiFi in the future .”

“Room was clean but bedding was terrible. Pillows were pathetic, all 4 . Sheets did not fit mattress so had to sleep on rubber mattress cover. Kathy Hilton would not allow RHOBH to sleep with those conditions. It was hard to find an open parking spot. Restaurant was good.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”
