“The room itself was good, nice and clean. However, the gentleman who was at the front desk was not helpful at all. There was a group of soccer parents who were cursing and making a lot of noise until after midnight and the gentleman refused to do anything about it. If that is normal for this hotel, I will be going elsewhere on my next visit.”

“I was totally disappointed with this place. No breakfast on certain days , cockroaches in the area where the breakfast is displayed. The housekeeper left my room door open with the latch , this welcomed me to my return on the night. Anyone could have gone into the room and stole items. There is a safe that not working to store valuables. The smell of cigarette smoke as you walk-through the lobby area, on carpet that has long passed its life span. I even sent an email to the Manager and it...

“This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. “So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful.
