“Clean and bright”

“Tub drain wasn’t working properly. Otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was super cheap and absolutely amazing!!”

“This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!”

“Our room was on the street side of the building. The noise was so severe that we were unable to sleep!”

“The location is great and the staff is all so nice and welcoming! The rooms are nice and clean but don't have the same level of updating as the lobby. The biggest issue here to be aware of is the parking situation. There are only a few spots in the lot and if you don't get one of them”

“Overall the hotel had very nice staff. I did not have any breakfast because of my schedule while I was there. Very appreciative of this hotel allowing pets.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see...

“Extremely noisy. If we had known we would have asked for a room in the back. The room amenities were at a bare minimum. No flat plates at breakfast- completely ran out . The breakfast itself was good/ decent variety. We stay at Hampton inns all the time & this one was disappointing. The staff were all very nice & helpful.”
