Posizione: Zoo,tolle Anlage Metro in 100 m
Wir hatten Executive (Aufpreis)gebucht,Kaffee schnell kalt,Auswahl klein,zu wenig Frisches Obst Die Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt und eng Im Bad musste eineToilettenbrille erneuert werden,geschah zeitnah, das Duschen (nicht flexibel) auch nichts besonderes,immer war der Boden nass. Der Fön funktioniert nicht im Bad,wohl nur für Shaver gedacht,so ist das Fönen im Flur nicht berauschend Der Pool,von Kindern in Beschlag genommen,und unendlich klein ,Fotos täuschen total,kein schwimmen möglich Die Terrasse war schön zum Sonnen

Excellent hotel

Spent 3 nights at this hotel : modern , clean close to metro and bus station where you can book a trip to Fatima sanctuary without signing up for expensive tour trip ($21€ ) round trip. Helpful friendly staff. Buffet restaurant on site good convenient . Good seafood restaurant across. Highly recommended

Pro: The consierge was extremely helpful.
Contro: The list is endless.
Posizione: Poor location for tourism. Not much to do nearby. Bus or taxi required.
The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Lisbon, and can formally be described as a stop off For all the cruise ships, flight attendants and staff. Having booked an executive room with access to the 24th floor executive lounge we were Totally disappointed with the room. We have stayed in many 5 star rated hotels and this is by Far the worse. The room was small and best described as overnight accommodation without Any frills,although very clean. The staff were obnoxious,unhelpful and poorly trained. I could certainly go into a lot more detail, however, it would be unfair. The lift is certainly a nightmare scenario,especially first thing in the morning and evening. The hotel is also on the flight path to the airport so if you like listening to the constant aircraft Either flying into the airport or departing this is the Hotel for you. The hotel restaurants are below average and the level of service for same is poor. The Spa facility is also below what I expect of a 5 star experience. The external balcony to the Spa situated on the 2nd floor is also adjacent to the main road, so very noisy. Overall a poorly run establishment, who also charge ridiculous prices for their drinks.

Wonderfull place

We spent there seven beautiful days in our Honeymoon. A dream! The hotel is very well placed and with all five star facilities and more. The employees are friendly and helpful. The Executive Club is warm, confortable and excelent maintained by amaizing people. Special thanks to Monica and Daniel! We will miss the very tasty omlettes made by the very good and friendly chefs. The room was always clean and tidy. Thank you Ecaterina! They are carefull at details! Thank you to all people working there!

Bon hôtel

Pro: Sa situation, son confort, le VIP lounge
Contro: La réception.
Posizione: Tout proche du zoo et de Benfica.
Bien situé , tout proche du métro et du train. Personnel du VIP lounge très aimable. Par contre en réception au check in, ils n'ont pas voulu faire de geste vu que l'un d'entre nous est parti a mi séjour. Ils nous ont même fait payer ses taxes de séjour jusqu'à la dernière nuit ainsi que ses petit-déjeuner (20€/jour).
