hotel anticuado

Es un hotel anticuado en el que las instalaciones ( gimnasio y la piscina) es lo único que merece la pena. En mi caso reservé la habitación doble superior y considero que no estaba a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas y no correspondía con las imágenes. Deberían invertir en modernizar el baño y la decoración... es como un flashback a los años 70.

Nice hotel close to station

Good service, clean room, good breakfast and convenient location to go to both central area and Sintra.

Posizione: proximité de la ligne bleu du métro qui permet de descendre en ville en 20 minutes
Personnel petit déjeuner très froid et peu aimable. Excellent hôtel pour un séjour affaire qui me semble peu approprié pour un séjour loisir. Typique des grands hôtels internationaux, pas de chaleur très impersonnel. Sinon hôtel très propre et très bien tenu. le personnel accueil, bagagiste, portier, guest service fait le job

Schönes Zimmer. Allgemein sehr gutes Ambiente. Stadtnähe - nur 200m bis zur nächsten Metro-Haltestelle.

Nice and beautiful hotel. Near to tube station

Was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and the Típico restaurant was very good as well. Our special thank you to Diogo a very nice waiter that we have a pleasure to meet at Tipico and Seven Colinas as well.

El hotel está bien ubicado, las instalaciones son excelentes pero encontré a faltar el cepillo de dientes a pesar de que teníamos todo tipo de detalles

City hotel with good transport links to the centre

Pro: Position and general ambience.
Posizione: Nearby is the airport,the zoo and museum of modern art.Easy access to the city centre and the river.
A very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and staff who were very helpful.Breakfast was particularly good.

Phone Call Rip Offs

Good hotel! However don't use the phone. Used the telephone in my room, made a few local calls max duration 10min in total. Got a €20 euro! Don't stay here, not city centre and hotel will try and make money every possible way, like ordering breakfast to the room not only does it cost a lot, you have to pay €4 per person ordered also!!

Schönes, aber altes Hotel.

Alles war prima, außer dass zwei Steckdosen in unserem Zimmer haben keinen Strom gehabt. Eine im Badezimmer. Insgesamt zu wenig Steckdosen. Allerdings war das Bett sehr bequem und die Atmosphäre sehr entspannend. Dazu mussten wir für die eine Nacht ab zehn Euro fürs parken in der Garage bezahlen.

Habitación pequeña, agua de la piscina climatizada está fría, hay que pagar absolutamente por todo, algo poconormal en un hotel de esta categoría.
