When arrived the room had 2 doubles instead of 1 king as we have requested. Hotel staff would not change. There was no bellman to help with luggage.

We are disappointed to read that your expectations were not fully met. Bed types are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed prior to arrival. However we try to do our best to meet the Guest preference as soon as we can.
We are very sorry if at the moment of your check-in the bellman was not present but he would have delivered your luggage to the room immediately after he finished any other service he was doing at that moment.
